The concrete spirals are a municipal parking structure.
You can almost see Joe's Steak House just to the left of the city bus.

I wouldn't mind driving by there now, I have never eaten at Joe's but I would bet the steaks are good. I doubt if I will ever be back that way again getting too old for another trip around the USA.

We made our last trip around the USA last year. The coach broke down twice. But we still had a great time. I will be 83 in January, so long hauls will be out most likely. BUT I would like one more trip...
