Benches From Above

This is an artful courtyard,
especially from a bird's eye view.
The pattern of the benches appears to be some kind of hieroglyphic...
or Morse Code...
or Alien Alphabet...

Whatever,
it is very pleasant to behold.
Who can argue with guardian palm trees?

Taken on 13 October 2010,
at the Anaheim Convention Center,
Anaheim, California, USA.

  1. Interesting shot. From this angle and distance it does appear as a hieroglyphic as you say.

  5. It is clearly a pre-arranged signal; like the old hobo signs of yore. Probably says something like "For a good time, call..." or "Don't eat the fish at Charlie's" or "Has anybody seen my grimflidgitt?"
