Starting a new series: Fabric Patterns
I had begun to notice some interesting patterns on fabric in various forms and uses;
took pictures of some and noticed that
(to me at least)
this really makes a fascinating subject;
i.e., intriguing photographs.
This fabric was the upholstery in a booth we occupied for lunch
at a local Chinese restaurant.
Taken 1 October 2010 in Monterey, CA.
REMINDER:
If you have not discovered the joys of enlarging the photos by clicking on them,
I strongly encourage you to try it.
After you have "opened" it by clicking on it,
clicking on it again makes it even larger.
For this particular photo
that means you can actually see the weave of the fabric.
Cool.
Nice idea. Could get some very interesting patterns, for sure! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! Yes, 'tis true; and I already have several more to share in future days.
ReplyDeleteCool!
ReplyDeleteNice idea..
Keep them coming! ;)
you are right! a colorful and fun fabric.
ReplyDeleteI love it when people see beauty in everyday things most of us take for granted. Keep 'em comin'!
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone! Clint what you say is almost an affliction for me. Everyday, all day I am looking at the most mundane objects and alignments of objects and thinking, "Hey! I like that! That'd make a cool pic!" - and then of course I do not have my camera with me, so...
ReplyDeleteThat really is quite a nice pattern! Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGod Bless!!!
