While I am on a Southern California architecture bent,
here is a snap of (part of)
the Morongo Casino
in Cabazon, California.
My wife actually snapped this
as we were zipping past it
on I-10.
I don't think
this cast iron, cast net canopy
is anything truly functional.
I think it is just art.
28 March 2011.
Looks quite space age-ish and futuristic. Cool photograph!
ReplyDeleteit's very interesting and eye-catching tho. :) thanks mrs. boromax! :)
ReplyDeleteNice shot. Must've been a strange feeling to go inside.
ReplyDeleteHello Ed,
ReplyDeleteSaw you listed as one of my followers and I'm sorry I haven't been by sooner. Thanks for taking an interest in my blog. Haven't been taking as many photos as I'd like lately. Getting ready for my first art show. I am a watercolorist at heart. You can take a peek at what I paint at LimitedSpaceArtStudio.blogspot.com if you'd like.
You take beautiful photos, Ed. I'm sure I will be stopping by often. Have a wonderful evening.
