I'd say

with confidence

it is impossible

to overstate

the proverbial

"wow factor"

when it comes to

this bed & breakfast experience

in Pacific Grove, California.

Classic Victorian architecture,

pristine curb appeal,

impeccable decor and service,

ridiculous views.

Tough to match,

much less beat.
