SUNK


Tagging the top of a grain elevator.
Bold.

Took me a bit to figure out what the "fancy"
calligraphy said.

SUNK.

Then I saw the smaller, simpler version
on the side of the building below,
like a legend or a footnote.

    I always wonder why those who do the 'fancy' letters don't understand that it's not easy to read! But, then, I guess that makes it 'art'. Great catch.

      Thank you, Betty. Yes, indeed. Fancy letters can be beautiful, but confusing, frustrating, and non-communicative; just like some "fancy" people, I reckon.
