Seemingly Random Statuary

These bold (and huge) statues surprised me

as I came around a corner in a downtown neighborhood.

I would love to know the story behind them.

Mola Pillows

These molas were purchased by my wife

when we lived in Panama in the early 1990s.

She made them into pillows after she

re-discovered them in a storage container

that escaped the house fire of 2015.
