Bike Share DC

I couldn't decide
which of these photos
is more interesting.

I like the top one
because of the more striking
"domino stack" effect;
but I really like the bottom one
because of the shadows of the rear tires.
Also the bottom one shows
the varying heights of the seats
more clearly.
But the top one
exposes a bit more of the brick
sidewalk
and includes
an old-fashioned lamppost
(but not all of it).

I dunno.

What do y'all think?

Taken on 19 November 2010.
In Georgetown, DC.

  1. Awesome! Funny, cuz if I was given a choice, I wouldn't know which one to choose! :D Great pics (both of them).

  2. I like them both, but the bottom one grabs me more because of the spacing.

  3. both are great, but I like the second one best. the row of rear tires at that angle and the shadows.

  4. I like 'em both---each has something just a little bit different and appealing.

  5. Y'all are confirming what I felt. The way the row of bikes angles across the shot in the bottom pic makes it a tiny bit more appealing (to me).

It was a cool subject, though. I was delighted when I (almost literally) stumbled on them.
